Word wrap is the feature that automatically moves text to the next line when it reaches the right margin, keeping lines within the page width. It works by wrapping at spaces between words so you can type a continuous paragraph and the software handles line breaks. If a very long word can’t fit on a line, some editors will hyphenate it to split the word across lines. This is different from pagination (moving between pages), line justification (adjusting spacing to line up both margins), and hyphenation (the actual technique of splitting words with a hyphen).
